None at the API level. There has just been removal of 2 esoteric 
functionality: the undocumented +catalog and the ancient & no longer used 
CTable format.
Depending on the outcome of the discussion I've opened on using
proj-datumgrid-geotiff, there might be changes in how dependencies to grid 
packages are expressed (doesn't impact API)
