[PROJ] Is DERIVEDPROJCRS implemented?

Hi PROJ list,

I am trying to create *DERIVEDPROJCRS* WKT representations, but without
success.

The attached text file is the example definition given in section 14.4.2
(with some quotation marks corrected, and I don't know if well corrected)
of the http://docs.opengeospatial.org/is/18-010r7/18-010r7.html document.

 projinfo (Rel. 6.3.1, February 10th, 2020), OSGeo4W Win10 install,
returns:

Too many parameters: BASEPROJCRS[NAD27 / Texas South Central,

I don't know if *DERIVEDPROJCRS* is already implemented or if there is
something wrong with this representation.

Thank you for all your work!

Kind Regards,
Gabriel
