[PROJ] Is DERIVEDPROJCRS implemented?

Grabriel,

"Works" for me, in the meaning that

projinfo @derivedprojcrs_wkt.txt 

outputs the WKT after ingestion & re-export

However PROJ won't be able to do currently something really useful with it, 
namely to use it to perform coordinate transformations, because it doesn't 
implement yet the "P6 (I = J-90°) seismic bin grid transformation" method.

The affine transformation is probably the only method it currently implements 
that can be used with derived projected CRS.
