[PROJ] Is DERIVEDPROJCRS implemented?

Hi Even,

  I was trying to paste the string in the command shell,
  I am seeing now that projinfo @derivedprojcrs_wkt.txt returns the same
WKT.

 I will try to create it with an affine transformation method.
