[PROJ] Pitching the proj project to Google's Geo team

Hello,

Google should stop dumping free software and services which it is 
funding by spam advertising in various online services, as such 
activities destroy diverse software production and also irritate users 
of these online services. Currently, Google is using its money from 
other sources to destroy other software producers and markets. (That is 
a good reason not to support Googles ambitions with PROJ)
