Subject: [PROJ] Projection with angle

Hi

Is there any projected CRS in PROJ, where I can set an angle with the "north" (or something kind of equivalent) as a parameter of the projection?
The only one I found is Oblique Transverse Mercator, but I have some numerical problems with it.
I would like to try a different one if there is any available.
I need a CRS that I can express as a PROJCRS in WKT.
