[PROJ] Is there a cmake way to change the library name?

Hi Greg,

Your assumptions are all correct.

And fortunately the other vendor's app doesn't use SQLite at all.  (Phew!)

Thanks for checking.  It's a pain but our customers like our plugin so we
have to keep building it!
