I'm confused with tiff :-)

proj tests pass on:
  NetBSD 9 amd64
  NetBSD 10 amd64
  NetBSD 10 aarch64

2 tests in builtins fail on:
  NetBSD 9 i386
  NetBSD 10 i386

many tests fail on:
  NetBSD 9 earmv7hf-el

I believe that the earmv7hf-el problems are likely due to either a
platform bug or something in the build that isn't right.

About the i386 failures: I am suspicious of 64 vs 80-bit float
representations in intermediate values, but on the other hand the
reported misclosures are 5m which is enormous. It's of course possible
there is some libm function that is not healthy.

So this is just note to self to figure out what's going on, but if
people are able to run tests on other than amd64/x86_64, and on systems
other then GNU/Linux and macOS, that could be useful.

On macOS amd64, there's (pkgsrc) rpath/dylib trouble, unlikely a proj
problem.
