[PROJ] Time dependency in ETRFxx to ETRFyy coordinate transformations?

Sorry, I was confused and didn't open up all the sub-parts of the
page.

It says "ANCHOR EPOCH" = "2010.0".

So this is exactly the "NAD83(2011) epoch 2010.0" in use for RTK
networks (and everything else).

Adding anchor epoch is a relatively recent change, in November of 2024.

I guess it's interesting but not important that the dynamic datum this
is derived from is (apparently) not in the db.
