[PROJ] Fwd: LLM/AI tool policy

Heh. The point of the point of my LLM list was definitely just how silly /
annoying this stuff can be.

I'm currently getting eaten alive by AI stuff for my non-PROJ/GDAL work. I
spend most of my day slogging through AI generated comments and code trying
to figure out what is good, not good, or needs my help to become good. Or
I'm trying to figure out how to prompt the tools to do what I want them to.

+1 on the LLM coding world currently being stressful when the results are
not throw away material.
