[pycsw-devel] Insert service metadata

Hi,

I am currently trying to insert ISO19139 compliant service metadata via the
manager operation csw:Insert.
Here is a pastebin of the dataset I am trying to insert and the resulting
ExceptionReport:

Any ideas why the action is unsuccessful ?


Since the hierarchyLevel is service, MD_DataIdentification is absent and
replaced with SV_ServiceIdentification
