[pycsw-devel] Insert service metadata

Daniel: thanks for the info. Against master this works for me with no issue.

What version of OWSLib are you using in this instance? Should be 0.7.2 (as per setup.py).

Having said this, the metadata looks like a WMS record. Any reason you are not harvesting the WMS directly?
