[pycsw-devel] project steering committee review and comment

Hi: FYI as part of pycsw OSGeo incubation and the evolution of the
project overall, we are looking to form a project steering committee
(PSC).

We have drafted this at:

https://github.com/geopython/pycsw/wiki/PSC

This describes the pycsw Project Steering Committee rules of
engagement and decision making process for all aspects of the project.

It would be great to have input/comments/consensus for this PSC (which
becomes RFC1) as this will bootstrap the PSC and pave the way for the
future of the project.
