[pycsw-devel] Code Provenance Review

Hi all and Happy New Year,

As part of our OSGeo Incubation process, we were asked to make a code 
provenance review, to identify potential issues in our code licensing etc.

We have started a GitHub issue to track the review process:

and this is the code review document (following the template from 
GeoServer):

This is a call for potential volunteers to help us by reviewing the code 
or reporting/commenting on relevant issues.

I would also like to hear comments from the PSC. I am not sure if we 
need to make a vote for the finalization of the review...

Next step is to submit this report to our mentor (Jeff McKenna) and then 
to submit to the OSGeo Incubation Committee.
