Note that we maintain the pycsw community page [1], in which the map
is automatically generated (offline) from the wiki page above.

All: what kind of improvements can we consider?  Options:

- getting more endpoints via crawler script(s)
- keeping list of endpoints fresh/up to date?
- other ways to enhance the list (search/filter/sort)
- perhaps setup something like GeoHealthCheck [2] of pycsw endpoints
- other ideas?
