This motion is to approve costs for up to 2 pycsw core developers to work on OGC API - Records updates at the pycsw sprint. The budget to approve is: 1950 USD.  The sprint planning can be found at https://github.com/geopython/pycsw/wiki/OSGeo-Budget-2021
