[Pywps-dev] PyWPS Hangout II

Hi all,

thanks to Sören, Jorge and Pirmin to joining first PyWPS Hangout.

Short:

    * Jachym working on IOHandler, FileStorage and connection with app.py and
      inout.py in outputs branch
    * Jorge will try to get support for pypy, since there is already libxml
      working with pypy
    * Sören will write his thesis
    * QGIS seems to be best WPS client sofar, developed in aligment with PyWPS,
      we should be more focused on supporting it
    * PyWPS is used in Allianz - probably best reference ever

Please, for the next hangout, we agreed on time slot 'within 2 weeks', I've
prepared doodle for the organization [1]. 

Today, it was a little too fast for some, they could not make it. I hope, next
time, the number of participants will not be smaller.
