[Pywps-dev] PyWPS-4 use in OGC's Soil Data IE

async is available in WPS 1.0.0
but I'm not going to implement this for windows for pywps-4
it should be working for now (tested with old good "ultimatequestion"
process)
and yes, it should be in pywps-4.0.0
