[Pywps-dev] validators and convertors for literal inputs

Hi,

I'm not quite sure, everything works perfectly well, but there should be
support for checking of literalinputs (integers, strings, ... and anyvalue
vs. allowed values) implemented in pywps-4 now

I would like to continue with logging as next step
