[Pywps-dev] allowed values implemented

Hi guys,

I've closed the ticket https://github.com/jachym/pywps-4/issues/62 -
allowedvalues in describeprocess (and of course used in validating
functions) today

big step for pywps-4 ;-)

I just hope, it's really doing what it's supposed to (tests are everywhere,
but maybe something slipped through my fingers)
