[Pywps-dev] Referenced Input

Hi,

AFAIK, im PyWPS-4, I've started to think about Reference input in more
complex way, than I did in PyWPS 3.

IMHO References are intended to be used as ComplexIn/Outputs, but ...
theoretically, it's possible to pass *any* in/output object type with them.
Even it might sound like overkill, to use it for literalvalue, it could be
used, therefore, I would suggest to use Reference as generic in/out handler.

Also beaware of WPS
2.0 file:///home/jachym/Sta%C5%BEen%C3%A9/14-065_OGC_WPS_2.0_Interface_Standard.pdf
where inputs and outputs can be even more complex
