[Pywps-dev] pywps page about to move to github pywps.github.io

Looks like https://github.com/geopython/PyWPS/tree/gh-pages is there
but needs to be updated with the website content.

Basically you have to generate the docs and copy them into the
gh-pages branch.  Where's the machinery to do this?
