   docs/trunk/english_us/user_guide/getting_started.tex
Log:
the new macros have been implemented.
Also, some platform-specific instructions have been itemized.
The format for referring to dropdown menu items, buttons and tabs has been standardized.
Note- dropdown menu icons need to be added.
