[Qgis-community-team] QGIS 1.4 Release : Proposed 1 week delay for branching

Hi All

I would like to postpone the branch for release of QGIS 1.4 to 28 Dec
to give us a little time for final polishing and bug fixing. The
string freeze and feature freeze would remain in effect. Any
objections? If there are a significant number of -1's I will go ahead
and branch tomorrow night.
