[Qgis-community-team] change to short URLs in qgis wiki

Hi,

we changed to short URLs to the qgis wiki. This means the "index.php" in the
URL is gone for all wiki sites. Please change your bookmarks accordingly if
necessary.

For example - the bugfixing site on the wiki moved from

http://www.qgis.org/wiki/index.php/Bugs => http://www.qgis.org/wiki/Bugs

and so on. Sorry for the inconvenience.
