[Qgis-community-team] Russian manual 1.6

Hi all,

Russian manual for QGIS 1.6 already completed. Here is a PDF (~9.8 Mb)

All traslated files and localized images are in svn repo. Can we add
PDF to the manual page?

Also I create small patch that adds option in qgis_style.sty (to
improve localization support), remove some unused strings and fix
typo.
