[Qgis-community-team] GUI translation mismatch

Hi all,
 After the complete italian GUI translation I've compiled qgis. I found some
mismatch between the IT translation and the qgis GUI.
For example: in SPIT module not all the button are translate ("Help" button
is not "Guida" as I expect); idem for the layer properties dialog. In Python
plugin manager the "State" column content is still in english
language,......
So, some item were translated, other no.

What's happened?
