[Qgis-community-team] switch to pdflatex is over

I have same issues on Windows XP Pro SP3 with TeXLive 2009 installed
from DVD iso. I can provide full log if necessary

On Slackware 12.2 (tetex 3.0; pdfeTeX, Version 3.141592-1.21a-2.2 (Web2C 7.5.4)) when running pdflatex user_guide.tex I get a lot of errors like
this

! LaTeX Error: File `numprint.sty' not found.
...

koma-script version is 2004/09/16 v2.9t LaTeX2e KOMA package (found in
pdflatex output).

When running bibtex user_guide.aux I got

This is BibTeX, Version 0.99c (Web2C 7.5.4)
The top-level auxiliary file: user_guide.aux
I found no \citation commands---while reading file user_guide.aux
I found no \bibdata command---while reading file user_guide.aux
I found no \bibstyle command---while reading file user_guide.aux
(There were 3 error messages)
