[Qgis-community-team] Broken internal links in manual

Hi all

I found another issue with manual (fisrt was owerlapping text [1]).

Seems that there are broken or wrong internal links in manual (r14370).
When I open PDF in viewer and click in TOC on the "List of tables" I moved
to the "List of Figures". After clicking on "List of QGIS Tips" opened
"List of Tables"

Wrong behaviour exists for next sections:
 - Table of Contents
 - List of Figures
 - List of Tables
 - List of QGIS Tips
 - Index
 - Cited Literature

Any ideas about how we can fix this?
