[Qgis-community-team] added bibliography

Hi Alexander,

that's exactly where i stuck at the moment, too and why the Makefile
doesn't run properly (but you can click through the errors and get a pdf
with bibliography in the end). 

I don't have an answer yet - sorry. Maybe someone else is more experienced
with pdflatex in combination with bibtex?
