O sorry I didn't actually realise that we had two Otto's on the list
:-)  Well the email was really to notify Otto Dassau and / or Paolo
Corti about the mentioned pull request so that they can deal with it
as it seems the person in question wants to join the spanish
translation effort. If you are involved by that too, it would be great
if you could look at the contribution and collaborate with the person
who submitted it.
