[Qgis-community-team] Translation of QGIS Manual into Turkish

Dear QGIS  members

I've been  using QGIS for a long time and it's really exciting to see QGIS
is constantly being

developed. Since QGIS is a open-source software , large number of people in
different countries

are really  working hard to make QGIS a better product. As a planner and
educator, I strongly

believe that our students should be able to use QGIS too along with the
commercial GIS

software's. I have small but hard working GIS team in our university and
would like to offer to

translate the manual into Turkish. I would be grateful if you could kindly
let me know your

thoughts  and suggestions. Thank you
