[Qgis-community-team] update manual build script

Wow, Otto, Larissa and Diethard et al.,

looking good !

Should we start to name it 1.8 from now? (small change in conf.py, and 
it IS already becoming 1.8 since Sextante is already in it now :-) )

One language question for our native english speaking audience: what is 
the best to use:
'QGIS Manual'
or
'QGIS User Guide'
We are now using both terms next to each other both in the 
manual/userguide itself and in scripts and output of the scripts. I 
think we should stick to one.
