I found those errors in master and 1.8 build...

msgfmt: found 2 fatal errors
101 translated messages, 8 fuzzy translations.
Compiling messages to
i18n/it/LC_MESSAGES/docs/user_manual/introduction/qgis_configuration.mo
i18n/it/LC_MESSAGES/docs/user_manual/introduction/qgis_configuration.po:128:
`msgid' and `msgstr' entries do not both end with '\n'
i18n/it/LC_MESSAGES/docs/user_manual/introduction/qgis_configuration.po:141:
`msgid' and `msgstr' entries do not both end with '\n'
i18n/it/LC_MESSAGES/docs/user_manual/introduction/qgis_configuration.po:177:
`msgid' and `msgstr' entries do not both end with '\n'
i18n/it/LC_MESSAGES/docs/user_manual/introduction/qgis_configuration.po:622:
`msgid' and `msgstr' entries do not both end with '\n' msgfmt: found 4 fatal
errors

it can happen that the build script stops completly, if there are errors.

btw: looking at the logfiles I saw that there are many errors also in other
rst and translation files for the website, pyqgis_cookbook etc...

Therefore I would kindly ask everybody to build and check their changes,
fix errors and warnings and then commit. Otherwise it is hard to keep the
system runnning.

Regards
Otto
