[Qgis-community-team] icons in the conf.py

Hi Larissa,

I checked and it seems that icons and figures are not updated correctly
anymore in the 2.0 manual. Most of the figures from Alexandre don't appear,
although they are integrated correctly. 

I guess we need to check build scripts ... is it possible that it has
something to do with the new theme?
