[Qgis-community-team] Guidance on Training Manual Tasks

Great. I dont have push to that repo, so cant change tags. Will ping
duiv in IRC and see if he can fix that. Going to work on 10, 14 and 15
in order and then come back to 7-9 as time permits and when Victor
Olaya can help.

Will follow up with ticket comments as well.
