[Qgis-community-team] pull req of translated files

Hi,
I added some notes in the do-translation files (commit, pull and Paolo 
merge them).

Then I had a look on the files of the introduction folder:
- general_tools and getting_started are ok (just in general_tools 4 
strings are not translated, and I really don't know why....)
- with qgis_configuration and qgis_gui I got some trouble because some 
translated strings don't correspond to the source, so I need a little 
bit time
