[Qgis-community-team] How to proceed

Dear List,

I want to put some effort for translation of GUI and Master Tutorial in
Hindi (The Fourth Language in World by number of speakers).

I am trying to understand the discussions and pages for translation process
but not able to understand the process.

I am not a programmer and my grasping may also be slow.

Any layman guide is required.
