[Qgis-community-team] link to pdf

I am sure we will put a link to the manual there .. but please don't put it
on the landing page ..
IIRC the manual links will be under "Use it" or "Learn more" or whatever we
really call it in the end ..

I am attaching the webpage structure in Freemind format which we presented
in Valmiera again to this mail ..

Please don't overload the mainpage ..
