agreed, I think the should go on

(not only a link to the html, but also to pdf).
BTW: the link to html brings to
http://docs.qgis.org/2.0/html/it/docs/user_manual/preamble/preamble.html
instead of
http://docs.qgis.org/2.0/html/it/docs/user_manual/index.html
as it seems more appropriate.
