you find them all as they are here:

http://docs.qgis.org/2.0/pdf/

For 2.0 they are usually not usable since they are not updated or translated
yet. So I wouldn't annouce it widely. Once a manual is updated/translated
and tested for a specific version, I move them to  

http://download.osgeo.org/qgis/doc/manual/

link it on the web and announce it to the list.
