[Qgis-community-team] API documentation and a missing link

Hi,

At http://www.qgis.org/api you can see the Master's API and links to some 
earlier 1.x API versions. However, the most important link to 
http://www.qgis.org/api/2.0 is missing.

It may confuse plugin devs and make them writting 2.0 plugins not fully 
compatible with the stable API. What about two big buttons: Stable | Master? 
If I remember correctly, they were present in the 1.8 times and it was working 
well.
