Hi Borys,

I did a little search in codebase where this should be, and found this one:

https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/blob/master/doc/index.dox

apparently Jurgen already updated this template (in master).

I've found a script in a cron job (Otto's?) on qgis server:
/usr/local/sbin/update-api-doc
which does 'something' with debian packages, but I'm not sure why it is
not build yet.
And/or how to fix those links in the older builds..
