[Qgis-community-team] wiki cleanup

Hi,

Just so we don't forget. There is one page about migrating plugins
from 1.8 to 2.0 which is still quite relevant:
http://hub.qgis.org/projects/quantum-gis/wiki/Python_plugin_API_changes_from_18_to_20
and should not be deleted without migrating it somewhere else first.
