[Qgis-community-team] Points to Line - Making a star topology

Could anyone help me?

Must define lines from point, creating a network with star topology, the
initial point have a layer. Each point can have a maximum of 8 connections,
and each grid point within 60 interconnected. Here is a picture to
illustrate.
