[Qgis-community-team] transifex with history

Hi Diethard,

thanks for this. While this workaround is useful it is the same
as using "old" workflow with pre_translate.sh and git. And if I
understand correctly, we need to run this command for each
file after updating .po files in Transifex.

IMO this doesn't help much, as casual users, that don't like git
also will not use this workaround. It is too complex for them.
