[Qgis-community-team] Any .ts file for Hindi translation of GUI

Hi!

Created the qgis_hi.ts file for GUI translation .. so everything is
now prepared to start for hindi language ..
20 days is probably a bit too less for GUI .. considering the amount
of currently 10157 strings ..

Good to see a new language coming up ..
