I had to google 'impressum' :-)

If you compile the information and write the text (just text, I'll put
it in a rst file), I'm happy to create a page and a link to it.

We could create this easy 'feedback form', we could even create a
feedback at qgis.org email for that.
BUT we also need somebody then to filter these messages and forward it
to eg the communitylist or so (and fight the spammers who will use this
feedback form to post there stuff).

Anybody volunteering?

Something else we talked about (specially for the documentation pages)
is adding a service like disqus (http://www.disqus.com).

Personnaly I do not want to clutter the menu bar with a menu item with
only one subpage.

A link in the footer is easier, and fine with me.
