[Qgis-community-team] New website: contact information and impressum

Hi,

I think we are still missing contact information, an impressum and
contact form at our new website.

People should be able to provide feedback and suggestions in an easy
way, without having to learn about repositories, etc.

Is this already planned? There could be a small link at the bottom of
each page, next to CC license information. Alternatively it could in the
top bar.
