AFAIK, transifex for docs and website are not in sync with github
and github not in sync with transifex. So we have outdated files in
transifex and no or outdated translations in github.

Personally I create translations in 'old' way using sources from git,
than generating .po files and translating them in separate local branch.
So I'm sure I always work in latest docs/site and didn't lost my work.
